He-Tox
There's this article that I read from Sydney morning herald blog by Sam Brett. The idea of He-Tox / She-Tox after break up is actually been out there for a long time, but I kinda like the word "He-Tox" (^.^)V
So this is the way I did my diet He-Tox 2 years ago...
- Resign from current job.
- Go back home indo for 6 months.
- Cry.
- Eat.
- Sleep.
- Shopping.
- Phoning best friends.
- Watch a lot of Korean sad series.
- Hang out and have fun with family.
- Try a lot of new cafes and food... (what else!!)
- Go spa and massage. Creambath. Bubble bath.
- New hair style.
- New make up.
- Change fashion style. After that... :
- Go back to Sydney.
- Major cleaning of my room.
- Remove everything related to ex...
- Throw away the ‘together’ photos. (in frame) and also with the frame altogether.
- Delete the whole 2000 pieces of our pictures from computer; that been captured since the past 3 years.
- Delete his folder from 'my document' folder.
- EMPTY RECYCLE BIN.
- Throw all things that are related to him.
- Go back to indo church and serve for the last time in creative arts ministry and as soon I see him and his sister, that’s the last good bye.
- Delete his whole family member's mobile number.
- Remove and ignore any phone calls and txt from him.
- Throw the wedding brochure.
- I bumped into him, congratulate him for the new relationship.
- Destroy the diary I wrote abt him.. uhmm..
- Change the number plate NMN11E.. (this is his idea)
ehueiaueha... oh well... its a bit silly and stupid in a way.. but i did 'em anyways...
